Position Description: This person will be on the front end of the provider enrollment process. They’ll receive requests through their internal database. They will have to decipher whether or not the request is for an individual plan vs group plan and route it properly. They will then enter the application into the system accurately and quickly. Phone call follows up may be necessary to gain clarity or fill in missing information on an application. Mainly this position will be sitting in an office environment, at a cube, working on a computer.
