We are a well-established State Farm agency serving customers across Arizona is seeking a driven, licensed insurance professional who is ready to grow their production and build long-term client relationships. Led by Nate Atkins, MBA, CPCU, ChFC, CLU, CASL, our agency is built on expertise, professionalism, and a commitment to helping individuals and families make confident financial decisions. We focus on delivering exceptional service while identifying opportunities to protect what matters most to our customers. This role is ideal for a licensed insurance producer who thrives in a relationship-driven environment and wants to be part of a strong, collaborative team.

What You'll Do: Build and manage a strong book of business, identify client needs and recommend tailored insurance solutions, generate new business through referrals, networking, and client relationships, cross-sell additional coverage to existing clients, deliver exceptional service while growing long-term client relationships

Products You'll Work With: Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Renters & Condo Insurance, Life Insurance

Qualifications: Active Arizona Property & Casualty license required, Life & Health license required, proven sales or insurance production experience, strong relationship-building and communication skills, self-motivated with a competitive drive to succeed

Our office is located in the Gilbert / Chandler crossroads area, and we proudly serve customers across the entire state of Arizona.

Our office is located in Gilbert, AZ. I have been a State Farm agent since 1998. Before becoming a State Farm Agent, I was previously employed as a State Farm Field Executive. I am a second generation State Farm agent. I am a proud graduate of University of Iowa. We currently have 4 team members at our agency.
