Overview Location: Decatur, GA | Specialty: Neonatal Nurse Practitioner Responsibilities We are seeking an experienced neonatal nurse practitioner to join our team of highly experienced, board-certified neonatologists and NNPs at Piedmont Eastside Medical Center and Emory Decatur Hospital. Piedmont Eastside Medical Center – Level III NICU (Snellville, GA) 18-bed Level-III NICU caring for over 200 premature babies annually NNPs work in‑house 24/7 providing medical management of critically ill neonates and Newborn Nursery care Eastside Medical Center is a rapidly growing OB service line with over 1,000 deliveries a year OB nursing team has extensive in‑service education on mother/baby care Eastside is a 310‑bed multi‑campus system offering comprehensive medical and surgical programs Emory Decatur Hospital – Level III NICU (Decatur, GA) 42‑bed Level-III NICU with an average census of 27 NNPs provide 24/hour in‑house coverage Sub‑specialty coverage available NICU support services include neonatal respiratory therapy, physical and occupational therapies, and audiology services Hospital holds Baby‑Friendly designation and was awarded 5‑STAR Hospital Recognition in 2015 Qualifications Current APRN national specialty certification Master’s degree required Minimum 2 years of experience Benefits and Compensation Our clinicians enjoy a competitive compensation package, with many locations offering sign‑on bonuses and relocation assistance.
