Phlebotomist

Labcorp seeks a phlebotomist for its Carlisle, Pennsylvania location to perform blood collections, process specimens, and deliver patient care across multiple collection sites.

Responsibilities

• Perform venipuncture and capillary blood collections for patients of all ages
• Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, and alcohol testing
• Enter patient data accurately and maintain specimen information logs
• Process billing information and collect patient payments
• Prepare specimens for testing and provide exceptional customer service

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Phlebotomy certification or completed accredited training program
• Minimum three months phlebotomy experience or current certification
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to pass color blindness test
• Reliable transportation
• Current Life Support Training Certificate (preferred)
