A fast-growing transportation company in Cincinnati is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee daily logistics and dispatch activities. The ideal candidate will manage a team of remote dispatchers and maintain relationships with brokers to drive operational efficiency. This hybrid position requires a minimum of 3 years in transportation or logistics management.
