Project Analyst

Description Application Deadline: 10/14/2026 Position Summary: We are searching for a Project Analyst to support construction projects at our client's site in Niskayuna, NY, with possible support for the West Milton, NY site. Job Duties and Responsibilities: Develop and maintain integrated resource and financial schedules in Primavera, track plans, conduct risk analysis, resolve conflicts, and monitor progress using project management techniques. Preparing performance metrics for management and customers, processing change controls, and submitting reports. Identifying resource conflicts, analyzing budgets and workforce estimates, developing parts of the Program Management Plan, supporting meetings, issuing change controls, and preparing closeout reports. Requirements Required Qualifications: 5-10+ years of experience in project scheduling software, preferably Primavera Experience managing financial information Preferred Qualifications: Coursework or experience in project management Experience analyzing performance to plan Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel Proficiency in technical writing to author or support submittals Proficiency with business intelligence software (e.g., PowerBI) is a plus Security Clearance: Candidates must possess a DOE L Security Clearance.
