Brand Ambassador and Guest Services Team Member At Viva Chicken, we believe great food deserves great people. Whether you’re greeting guests at the register, keeping orders moving, delivering food with pride, or maintaining a clean and inviting dining room, you’ll play a key role in bringing the Viva Chicken experience to life. What You’ll Do Deliver warm, personalized hospitality from the moment guests walk in until they leave Take orders accurately and efficiently while keeping things upbeat and organized Support the flow of service by expediting, running food, and assisting teammates as needed Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming dining area Follow food safety, sanitation, and company standards consistently Work as part of a team that values communication, accountability, and positivity What You’ll Do as an Ambassador Identify leads for catering opportunities in a 5-mile radius by walking into businesses, hotels, and establishments to introduce yourself and Viva Chicken Be constantly in the community with goal of creating awareness utilizing marketing “hello edible” food drops. Work with the Catering team to identify new potential catering leads. What We’re Looking For A polished, professional demeanor and attitude. “Ambitious” attitude and high energy. Comfortable being interactive and engaging with local businesses, in community grassroots marketing, and executing promotional events to drive foot traffic. Strong multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment Attention to cleanliness, organization, and food safety Restaurant or hospitality experience is required. Ability to bend, stand, balance, and carry items throughout a shift What You’ll Get Competitive hourly pay : $17–$19 per hour Free meal every shift - we take care of our people Daily Pay / Earned Wage Access - get paid when you need it No late nights - we close at 9:00 pm Work Anniversary Bonus – celebrate another year of culinary triumphs with an extra bonus! 401(k) with company match – Start building your flavor-filled future with our dollar-for-dollar up to 4% of your total earnings matching.
