Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM

Experience:

• 2 years of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

• 6 months of Epic experience is required.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a license (required for submission).

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <80 miles from facility will be processed as local.

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Qualivis Program - Cleveland Clinic and no current placement allowed at Program: Qualivis Program - Cleveland Clinic.

• 12 months gap required between for Per Diem at Program: Qualivis Program - Cleveland Clinic and no current placement allowed at Program: Qualivis Program - Cleveland Clinic.

Required Skills/Experience: - Clinicians must have at least 18 months of permanent full-time staff experience in the specialty applying to prior to having ever traveled. - Experience in PEDS, PICU, and NICU (high level care level 4).

Special Requests: - All RTO to be discussed during interview and must be included at time of submission. - All RTO and scheduling requests need to be communicated during submission and interview. - Engagements are limited to 18 consecutive months.

Unit Details: - Will work in RRT-NICU, PICU, and CVICU with pediatric patients.

Shift & Scheduling: - 3x12s or 4x12s.

Floating Requirements: - May float to Shaker Children’s Rehab, Fairview NICU, Akron NICU, and Hillcrest NICU.

14 days maximum time off

2 Manager references required from within the last 12 months

Driver’s license required

• BLS (Basic Life Support)

• RRT (Registered Respiratory Therapist)

• PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)

• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program – 8th Edition)
