As a Front Desk Agent, you'll be at the heart of our guest experience. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Greeting and checking in guests with a smile, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
• Answering guest inquiries and providing information about the hotel, local attractions, and services.
• Managing reservations, room assignments, and handling check-outs.
• Handling payment transactions accurately and securely.
• Addressing guest concerns or requests promptly to ensure their satisfaction.
• Collaborating with other team members to maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area.
