Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate and understand clients' mental health and emotional states effectively. Develop and execute individualized treatment plans that align with each client's unique needs and therapeutic goals. Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, which may include individual therapy, family therapy, and group sessions, incorporating a variety of therapeutic modalities. Monitor clients’ progress continually, making informed adjustments to treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes. Provide crisis intervention and immediate support for clients experiencing acute psychological distress. Maintain accurate and confidential patient records, adhering to all legal and ethical standards required for mental health professionals. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers, including psychiatrists and social workers, ensuring comprehensive care for clients. Engage in lifelong learning by staying abreast of the latest advancements in mental health treatment and attending ongoing training opportunities. Follow ethical guidelines and professional standards, as mandated by relevant licensing boards and professional organizations. Our client demographics include individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use disorders, and other mental health concerns. Qualifications A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field is required. Active state licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, or LCSW-R). Demonstrated clinical assessment and diagnostic skills necessary for effective client evaluation. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills that enhance client engagement and nurturing therapeutic relationships. Compensation and Benefits We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 110,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
