Job Title|Full-Time| Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00AM-4:30PM (Hours may vary) | Pay Rate: $19.78 Hourly| Weekly earned wage access is an option for this position.Job Purpose or Objective(s): Provide support for program to ensure program initiative and goals are met and participants receive their maximum benefit. You will report to the Program Manager.Primary Tasks:Coordinate daily program activities and ensure program requirements are met.Support administrative responsibilities to ensure efficient operations of the program.Maintain accurate, confidential and up-to-date records per program requirements.Prepare reports including gathering and summarizing data.Compose, type, and share letters and correspondence.Perform other tasks as may be assigned.Requirements:Experience with MS Word, Excel and PowerPointTwo (2) years of experience program services or relatedSkills:Action PlanningComputer SkillsContract AdministrationContract ManagementData Collection & AnalysisOffice SystemsPlanning & OrganizingPolicy & ProceduresRequirements Elicitation & FacilitationSupplier ManagementValidate RequirementsVerbal Communication
