Skyline Ridge Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapy Assistant to support residents in achieving their highest level of function and independence. In this on-site role, you will provide therapeutic exercises, gait and transfer training, and functional mobility interventions under the direction of a Physical Therapist. You’ll document progress, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, and educate residents and families, all within a resident-centered culture that values dignity, respect, and professional growth.
