Project Manager

Job Responsibilities Project Manager will assist in managing day-to-day activities on current capital improvement projects. This includes design meetings and construction progress meetings with architects, engineers and contractors. Following up with procurement on pending FF&E / OSE items and pushing projects to complete on time. Essential Duties/Core Competencies Coordinates construction schedule. Creates & maintains schedule and budgets throughout projects. Manages day - to - day operations within projects. Assists in the procurement of all FFE while keeping track of / coordinating schedule & deliveries Coordinates & runs Owner meetings with general contractors. Demonstrates a working knowledge of our marketplace; actively and collaboratively assists in building the best practices necessary for the Company's success. Work/Educational Experience Must be 18 years or older and have the ability to obtain the appropriate license pursuant to the applicable statute, rules and regulations. High School diploma or G.E.D preferred. Five (5) years' experience in related field. Must be able to obtain and maintain the appropriate licenses. Ability to respond to common inquiries from other employees or guests. Fluency in English required, second language a plus. Ability to write detailed instructions and correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and group situations. Mathematical Skills & Reasoning Ability Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimal, and work with mathematical such as probability and inference. Ability to create, read and analyze spread sheets of statistical data. Ability to decipher various reports and maintains reports upon request.
