Production Operator

Pay Rate $18.00 - $20.70 per hour (based on shift and position) Available Shifts 1st Shift Monday – Friday 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM 2nd Shift Monday – Friday 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM 3rd shift Monday – Friday 10:00pm- 6:30am Overtime may be required based on business needs. Key Responsibilities Depending on assignment, duties may include: Assemble, inspect, package, and label products according to quality standards Operate and monitor production equipment and machinery Prepare materials and components for manufacturing processes Maintain cleanroom and production areas in accordance with company procedures Perform quality inspections and report product or equipment issues Follow all safety policies Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) and maintain a safe work environment Qualifications High School Diploma or GED REQUIRED Previous manufacturing, assembly, packaging, warehouse, or production experience preferred Ability to read, write, and communicate in English Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to work independently and as part of a team Must be dependable with reliable transportation Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds as needed Benefits Weekly pay Competitive pay rates Medical, dental, and vision insurance options 401(k) plan options Paid holidays (where applicable) Free access to Adecco's Aspire Academy with thousands of online training courses Opportunity for permanent hire based on performance and business needs Pay Details: $18.00 to $20.70 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
