Electrical Site Supervisor

Electrical Site Supervisor Electrical Location: Charlotte, NC Salary: mid $70k range The Electrical Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all on-site electrical construction activities to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the company's quality standards. This role provides daily leadership to field crews, coordinates with Project Managers, and ensures adherence to drawings, specifications, and safety requirements. Job Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate day-to-day electrical installation activities on the job site. Lead and motivate field crews, assigning work based on project schedules and priorities. Interpret blueprints, electrical drawings, and specifications to guide installations. Ensure all work complies with the National Electrical Code (NEC), local codes, and company standards. Collaborate closely with the General Manager and VP of Ops to monitor progress, labor productivity, material usage, and costs. Conduct daily safety meetings and enforce all company and OSHA safety policies. Identify and resolve field issues, conflicts, and design discrepancies in coordination with project engineering and management. Review & delegate corrections to punch list items, issues or inspection reports that require correction. Confirm work is completed in a timely manner by the field team. Coordinate material deliveries, tool needs, and equipment logistics. Track and document work completed, including time sheets, T&M tickets, change orders, and progress reports. Conduct quality inspections to ensure installations meet standards before turnover & start of warranty with the customer. Communicate effectively with clients, general contractors, and other trades on-site. Mentor and develop apprentices and journeyman electricians to support workforce growth. Experience using project documentation tools (e.g., Procore, PlanGrid, Bluebeam, Autodesk Construction Cloud, Construction Foreman) are critical.
