Assistant Operations Manager
MV Transportation
MV Transportation is seeking an Assistant Operations Manager to support safe, reliable transit services. In this role, you will help oversee daily transportation operations, monitor on-time performance, and coordinate driver schedules and vehicle assignments. You’ll assist with supervising frontline staff, reinforcing safety and customer service standards, and responding to service issues or incidents in real time. Working closely with the Operations Manager, you will track performance metrics, support training and coaching, and ensure compliance with DOT, FTA, and company policies while fostering a respectful, team-oriented culture focused on serving the community.
