Director of Operations

• The Director of Operations will be responsible for leading all warehouse, fulfillment, inventory, assembly, and distribution activities while ensuring operational excellence, scalability, and superior customer service.
• This individual will oversee a team of approximately 20 employees and will be accountable for developing the people, processes, systems, and infrastructure necessary to support continued business growth.
• The successful candidate will be a hands-on leader with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of driving operational improvements while maintaining a high level of execution across all aspects of the operation.
• This role requires an individual who can balance strategic planning with day-to-day operational leadership.
• Key responsibilities include overseeing warehouse operations, inventory management, order fulfillment, assembly operations, shipping, receiving, and logistics.
• The Director of Operations will ensure inventory accuracy, maximize productivity, improve throughput, and maintain exceptional on-time shipping performance while meeting customer expectations.
• This leader will champion Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies to identify inefficiencies, eliminate waste, improve workflow, and create scalable processes that support long-term growth.
• The Director of Operations will establish meaningful KPIs, develop performance metrics, and drive continuous improvement initiatives across all operational functions.
• The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of scaling operations, building high-performing teams, implementing process improvements, and delivering measurable results in warehouse, fulfillment, distribution, or light manufacturing environments.
• Experience managing inventory control, assembly operations, labor planning, capacity management, and operational systems is essential.
• Success in this role will be measured by improvements in operational efficiency, inventory accuracy, order fulfillment speed, on-time shipment performance, labor productivity, quality, and overall customer satisfaction.
