Commercial Plumbing TechnicianSuperior Electrical, Mechanical & Plumbing, Inc. is a multi-state provider of skilled commercial services specializing in retail, grocery, and convenience store projects. We deliver excellence in commercial tenant improvements, remodels, and 24/7 service supported by our dedicated dispatch team. We are seeking a Commercial Plumbing Technician to join our Plumbing Service team. The ideal candidate will have at least four years of recent commercial plumbing experience in new construction, tenant improvement projects, or commercial service and be available to work first-shift hours. A company vehicle and gas card are provided to support travel between jobsites and other field operations.ScheduleMonday through FridayOvertime available but not guaranteedResponsibilitiesProvide professional, customer-focused serviceDiagnose and clear clogged main and branch lines using cable machines, and perform camera line inspectionsPerform commercial plumbing repairs and service on fixtures and water heatersDiagnose and repair DWV systems, including pumps, fixtures, and valvesInspect or repair grease traps, interceptors, sump pumps and lift stationsSubmit service paperwork with a summary of the work provided after each service appointmentCollaborate with team members to complete work orders efficientlyDrive and operate company vehicles within department guidelinesWillingness to take on additional duties as needed to support the departmentRequirementsFour years of recent and relevant commercial plumbing experienceValid driver license with an insurable driving recordAble to pass a pre-employment drug testVerbal and written English literacy for the use of cell phone and mobile email communicationAbout the CompanySuperior Electrical, Mechanical & Plumbing, Inc. is a commercial service and construction company with over 20 years of experience delivering high-quality electrical and plumbing solutions across California and other states.
