A Project Manager Apprentice's duties and responsibilities are intended to support the sales efforts of the Account Team by executing multiple projects simultaneously through collaboration of both internal and external stakeholders.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesMaintain a construction schedule to deliver projects on timeMaintain budget and project expensesInterpret construction methods, contracts, and drawingsManage kitchen equipment and custom fabrication procurement, delivery, and installCollaborate with sub-contractors, GC, and customers throughout a projectAbility to travel to job site(s)Required QualificationsHighly organized with a great attention to detailStrong verbal and written communications skillsAble to collaborate in a highly professional mannerAble to problem solve both independently and collaborativelyAble to multitask in a fast-paced environmentSupervisory ResponsibilityThis position has no current supervisory responsibilities.Work EnvironmentThis position operates in both a professional office environment, as well as occasionally on construction and/or job sites. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and works under fluorescent lighting. Noise levels in the work environment are usually moderate but can be severe at times.
