We're looking for a Senior DC Operations Manager who can think strategically, lead strong teams, and turn operational challenges into measurable improvements.

This is an opportunity to make a bigger impact in a high-volume distribution environment where your leadership influences everything from daily performance to long-term operational strategy.

Your Next Challenge

  • Lead and develop operations managers, supervisors & frontline teams
  • Improve productivity, labor efficiency & operational performance
  • Drive continuous improvement, SOP development & process optimization
  • Use WMS data and KPIs to make smarter business decisions
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives and implement operational changes
  • Strengthen workforce planning, accountability & leadership development

What We're Looking For

Proven leadership in distribution center, retail DC or e-commerce operations

Success developing leaders and managing large teams

Strong analytical, process improvement & change management skills

WMS knowledge and a results-driven leadership style

Ability to balance day-to-day execution with long-term strategy
