This Residential HVAC Technician earns $30-$45 per hour , depending on experience, plus bonuses. Our operational hours are Monday through Sunday, open from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM . OUR REQUIREMENTS 2+ years in HVAC (preferred) Familiarity with ServiceTitan or similar software (preferred) Valid driver's license Great attention to detail Dependability and a strong work ethic A winning attitude and a passion for delivering world‑class service YOUR ROLE As a Residential HVAC Technician, your day starts early. You first visit a family home with heating issues, where you diagnose and repair a faulty thermostat. Next, you perform a maintenance check at a commercial facility, cleaning components and replacing filters. Using ServiceTitan, you document your work.
