AI/ML Product Manager

Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy and roadmap for DevOps, Cloud, and AI/ML solutions, aligning with the company’s vision and market needs. Customer Focus: Engage with customers, partners, and stakeholders to gather requirements, understand pain points, and identify opportunities for new product features and enhancements. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, data science, and other teams to define product requirements, prioritize features, and ensure successful product delivery. Market Analysis: Conduct competitive analysis, market research, and industry trends monitoring to identify emerging technologies and potential growth opportunities. Product Development: Oversee the entire product development lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products. Performance Metrics: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of product features, using data-driven insights to drive continuous improvement. DevOps and Cloud Focus: Drive the integration of DevOps practices into the product lifecycle, ensuring seamless deployment, automation, and scalability in cloud environments. AI/ML Integration: Collaborate with AI/ML teams to build and enhance products that leverage machine learning models and AI capabilities. Qualifications 3–5 years of experience in technical product management, with a focus on DevOps, Cloud, and AI/ML technologies. Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of DevOps practices, cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP), CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). AI/ML Knowledge: Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks, tools, and methodologies, including data pipelines, model training, and deployment. Project Management Skills: Proven track record of managing complex product development projects, including defining requirements, setting priorities, and coordinating with cross-functional teams. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical skills, with experience in data-driven decision-making and performance measurement. Agile Methodology: Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, with a strong understanding of Agile principles and practices. Preferred Qualifications Certifications in cloud platforms (AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Certified Solutions Expert, etc.) or DevOps (Certified Kubernetes Administrator, AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, etc.). Experience with AI/ML tools and platforms like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
