We’re looking for a Staffing Coordinator who is organized, dependable, and ready to help build strong teams. Key Responsibilities Applicant Outreach - Make initial contact with job applicants and schedule next‑step conversations. Phone Screenings - Conduct structured phone interviews with prospective candidates. Job Site Knowledge - Learn all active job sites and provide applicants with accurate role descriptions and expectations. Onboarding & Offboarding - Assist with new‑hire setup and employee offboarding processes. Document Management - Upload onboarding forms, training records, termination paperwork, and other required documentation. Daily Team Meeting - Attend the 4:00 PM meeting and share updates on weekly hiring metrics. Weekly Reporting - Prepare and submit reports covering new hires, terminations, referrals, and applicant communication. Payroll Coordination - Work with payroll to remove inactive employees from tracking systems.
