Product Lead / Product Manager will drive the evolution of our Loan Management System (LMS) and Core Banking System (CBS). The ideal candidate will bring a blend of business acumen, technical expertise, and leadership to enhance existing systems, design new features, and align product strategy with market and customer needs. This role requires a strategic thinker who can translate business objectives into scalable product capabilities, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and lead the product through its complete lifecycle from ideation to delivery.
