At Little Scholars Academy, we believe that the first years of a child's life are some of the most important. Every smile, every first word, every new skill, and every milestone matters. We are looking for three exceptional Infant Teachers who are passionate about early childhood education and committed to providing a nurturing, safe, and engaging environment where children can learn, grow, and thrive.

As a NAEYC-accredited program, we take pride in maintaining high-quality standards while creating a supportive workplace where teachers are valued, respected, and encouraged to grow professionally. If you love working with young children, enjoy building meaningful relationships with families, and believe in the power of early learning, we would love to meet you.

The Infant Teacher is responsible for providing high-quality care and education for children ages 12 months to 24 months. This position focuses on supporting children's physical, cognitive, language, and social-emotional development through responsive caregiving, intentional teaching, and developmentally appropriate practices.

Our Infant Teachers create warm, nurturing environments where children feel safe to explore, discover, and build confidence as they learn about the world around them.
