We are looking for dedicated and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Sales Oriented Account Representatives. In this position, you will interact with potential and current clients, respond to inquiries, provide information, support customer needs, and assist with sales opportunities by identifying customer needs and presenting appropriate solutions . Responsibilities include handling communications through phone, email, and text, updating and maintaining accurate records, following up with customers and prospects, addressing concerns professionally, assisting with sales activities, and collaborating with team members to meet company objectives. Successful candidates should have strong communication and interpersonal skills, a positive mindset, attention to detail, basic computer skills, and the ability to work effectively in a remote setting. Customer service or sales experience is beneficial but not required, as comprehensive training and ongoing guidance will be provided.
