Requirements

• Recent Pediatric Emergency Room experience required
• Must be comfortable floating between:
  • Pediatric ED
  • Adult ED
• Epic experience preferred

Scheduling

• Every Other Weekend Required
• No On-Call
• No Block Scheduling
• 48 Hours Approved

Patient Ratios

• Typical ratio: 1:4

Floating

• May float between Pediatric Emergency Department and Adult Emergency Department based on staffing needs
• Will remain within RN scope of practice

Scrub Color

• RNs: Any Color

✔ Recent Pediatric ER experience
✔ Comfortable treating pediatric emergency patients independently
✔ Flexible floating to Adult ED when needed
✔ Epic experience preferred
✔ Open to day or night shift
✔ Able to work every other weekend
