Job Opportunity At Dmc Primary Care

Dmc Primary Care seeks a professional, friendly and dependable person to join our fast-paced patient access center. We are looking for a talented person with a "can do" attitude to assist patients on the phone by scheduling appointments, answering questions and directing them to clinical and other Dmc team members as needed. This is a very busy call center environment.

Qualifications:

• High school education or equivalent
• High quality customer service skills
• Strong computer skills
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced medical setting
• Medical experience preferred
