Job Summary Caliber Collision has an immediate job opening for a Collision Estimator to perform all-purpose duties, including writing estimates, conducting process reviews, checking in customer vehicles, completing final customer paperwork prior to vehicle delivery (DRP, final invoice), finalizing total loss administration, and providing post‑repair plan communication to customers while complying with all Caliber safety rules, guidelines and company standards. Responsibilities Write accurate vehicle repair estimates. Conduct process reviews to ensure quality and efficiency. Check in customer vehicles and complete all necessary paperwork. Finalize total loss administration and deliver final invoices. Communicate all vehicle status updates to customers. Adhere to Caliber safety rules and company standards at all times. Requirements 2+ years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred. \lI have 21 years of age or older. Valid driver’s license and eligibility for company insurance coverage. Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License. Abilities / Skills / Knowledge Consistent physical activity—reach below and above shoulder level, kneel, bend, squat, and lift objects over 50 lbs. Prior experience with CCC1 or similar estimating software. Advanced understanding of repair processes and procedures. Strong sales orientation. Ability to understand written and verbal instructions.
