Recruiter - Entry Level

Your Role Here’s what you will be doing: Coordinate a high volume of interviews, scheduling with candidates and hiring leaders across multiple calendars Communicate with candidates throughout the process to provide updates, confirmations, and ensure a positive experience Post and maintain job openings on approved platforms Review resumes and assist with initial candidate outreach and screening as needed Support administrative tasks throughout the hiring process Track candidate activity and maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system Partner with hiring leaders to ensure smooth interview logistics Assist with offer coordination and pre-employment steps Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve recruiting processes About You The company is looking for: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred Interest in recruiting or Talent Acquisition Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build meaningful relationships with candidates and hiring leaders High attention to detail and follow-through Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high volume environment with changing priorities Outgoing, energetic personality who enjoys connecting with people Coachable, positive, and open to feedback Compensation & Benefits Competitive benefits package Generous PTO Flexibility in schedule to support work-life balance Cell phone reimbursement Wellness reimbursement Flex Fridays Collaborative, team-oriented culture valuing connection and fun #J-18808-Ljbffr
