Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing and logistics industry, is seeking a Warehouse Specialist to join their team. As a Warehouse Specialist, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting the warehouse and logistics team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and strong teamwork skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Warehouse Specialist

Location: Salt Lake City, UT

Pay Range: $19

Shift: Mon-Fri | 6:30AM-2:30PM

What's the Job?

• Coordinate and process incoming deliveries to ensure timely and accurate receipt of materials
• Manage outgoing shipments by accurately documenting packages and loading trucks efficiently
• Perform cycle counts to verify inventory accuracy and support inventory control efforts
• Operate forklift, walkie rider, order selector, or pallet jack to move materials within the warehouse
• Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work environment adhering to safety and GMP procedures

What's Needed?

• Minimum of 2 years recent warehouse experience
• Experience operating forklift and other warehouse equipment
• Knowledge of shipping, receiving, and documentation processes
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and perform physical tasks as required
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with Oracle or similar systems is a big plus
