Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC

• Outpatient setting with primary orthopedic focus

Surprise, Arizona offers access to outdoor recreation and major metro amenities within the Phoenix area. Surprise Community Park and Surprise Stadium are located in the city, and White Tank Mountain Regional Park is about 20 miles away with hiking, biking, and desert scenery. The area is about 35 miles from downtown Phoenix and offers access to Loop 303 and US 60 for regional travel across the West Valley. Lake Pleasant Regional Park is within about 30 miles and provides boating, fishing, and waterfront recreation in a suburban setting.
