The Opportunity We’re looking for an Associate – Talent Acquisition to join the allintalent team and help connect exceptional AI, automation, and engineering talent with global opportunities. In this client-facing role, you’ll manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from identifying and engaging candidates to coordinating assessments and building strong client relationships. You’ll work across multiple roles and international markets, using AI tools and modern recruitment technologies to make hiring more efficient and effective. This opportunity is ideal for a recruiter who enjoys finding hard-to-reach talent, building professional networks, working directly with clients, and exploring innovative ways to improve recruitment. What You’ll Do Manage end-to-end recruitment: Handle multiple client and internal vacancies, primarily across AI, automation, and engineering. Build talent pipelines: Identify, engage, and maintain relationships with qualified candidates across Asia, Latin America, and other emerging talent markets. Use AI and recruitment technology: Apply AI tools and modern platforms to improve sourcing, screening, candidate engagement, and recruitment efficiency. Explore new sourcing channels: Use Boolean search, referrals, professional communities, and creative sourcing strategies to reach niche talent. Build client relationships: Act as a key point of contact for clients, providing regular pipeline updates, setting expectations, and sharing relevant talent market insights. Deliver quality candidate assessments: Evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, communication, and suitability for each role using structured assessment methods. Strengthen the allintalent brand: Maintain an active, professional LinkedIn presence and engage with relevant talent communities. Support business growth: Identify opportunities to strengthen existing client relationships and contribute to new business opportunities. Maintain recruitment records: Keep candidate pipelines, ATS/CRM records, and recruitment reports accurate and up to date. Stay ahead of market trends: Monitor hiring trends, compensation benchmarks, and talent availability across AI and technology. Collaborate and improve: Work with the team to refine recruitment strategies, improve workflows, and deliver better hiring outcomes. What We’re Looking For 2+ years of recruitment experience , with the ability to independently manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technical roles, ideally across AI, automation, or engineering. Experience recruiting for international clients, preferably in the US, UK, or Australian markets. Hands-on experience using AI tools, automation platforms, and modern recruitment technologies to improve hiring workflows. A strong sourcing skill set, including Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, and community-based sourcing. A track record of meeting recruitment targets, delivering quality placements, and building lasting client relationships. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to engage professionally with clients and candidates. An active or developing LinkedIn presence, with an interest in professional networking and employer branding. Experience using ATS and CRM platforms, with strong attention to detail and accurate record-keeping. The ability to manage multiple vacancies, prioritise effectively, and work independently in a remote, async-first environment.
