Qualifications:

• Current RN license in the state of Iowa (or compact state license)
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• BLS certification required
• ACLS and PALS required within 12 months of hire
• Experience in inpatient nursing, med-surg, or hospital care preferred
• Strong communication, assessment, and multitasking skills
• Ability to work effectively during night hours in a collaborative care setting

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive bedside care to medical-surgical patients during overnight shifts
• Perform assessments, administer medications, and monitor patient progress
• Collaborate with providers and care teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate electronic medical records
• Support a safe and respectful environment for patients and colleagues
• Work scheduled 12-hour night shifts, including some weekends and holidays
