Whether you're already licensed or willing to earn your Virginia insurance license, we'll provide the support and training you need to succeed. Responsibilities Assist clients with insurance inquiries and policy changes. Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction. Conduct policy reviews and recommend appropriate coverage options. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and objectives. Stay updated on industry trends and product offerings. Participate in community outreach and networking events. Assist in onboarding new clients and managing their accounts. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred. Active insurance license in Virginia or willingness to obtain one. Previous experience in customer service or sales, preferably in insurance. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and insurance software. Positive attitude and a passion for helping others.
