Job Description This is a full-time, on-site role as a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) serving a school located in Federal Heights, CO. The Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) will be responsible for providing therapy services to students, conducting assessments, developing IEP plans, evaluating progress, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams (therapists, educators, parents). The role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a passion for working with students with special needs. Job Details Full-time opportunity with a 34-hour work week Four-day work week supporting work-life balance 2026-2027 school year (August 2026 through May/June 2027) School-based assignment serving students across K-5 grades Provide direct therapy services, evaluations, consultations, and case management Guaranteed paid hours, including direct services, documentation, planning, meetings, and administrative responsibilities Fully on-site, in-person position Well-balanced, manageable caseloads designed to support high-quality student services Join a highly supportive and collaborative school district committed to student success Ongoing collaboration and support from both the partnering school district and the TheraPeds Partners team $60-$70+ per hour, with estimated weekly earnings of approximately $2,040-$2380/week Qualifications Master's or PhD degree from a Speech-Language Pathology program State License as Speech-Language Pathologist Department of Education Licensure as a SLP National License: ASHA Licensing with the State Department of Education, where required CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) preferred CF-SLP placement may be available Experience working with children Experience in a school setting preferred, but not required Organizational and time management skills Proficient in use of technology Fingerprint background clearance Ability to collaborate with school staff and parents with a demonstrated ability to exercise a high level of tact and discretion in both internal and external communications Physical Requirements Working and playing with students requires that employees must be able to perform the necessary physical movement functions, as needed, such as lifting, sitting, walking, standing, crawling, and engaging with students in all physical locations and activities, while adhering to the duties outlined by the district.
