Billing Project Manager

Project Biller with a well-rounded background to support billing operations and project billing administration, including monthly invoicing, interpreting contract terms, and ensuring accurate project setup and compliance. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Deltek systems. This is a fast-paced and growing environment. Responsibilities Set up new projects in the financial system based on client contract terms, incorporating the appropriate phase/task structure, billing parameters, and insurance obligations. Execute the complete monthly invoicing cycle, ensuring invoices are prepared accurately and submitted timely in accordance with contract billing terms. Reconcile project-level financial data, including prior billing, contract value, and remaining fee balances. Monitor accounts receivable by following up on outstanding invoices and maintaining billing logs. Qualifications Minimum 3 years plus of experience in project using Deltek in a construction/engineering or architecture environment. Proficiency in Deltek VantagePoint / Vision required. Skilled in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word.
