Senior Manager, Learning Programs

Leading the facilitation and evolution of enterprise training programs, the full-time Senior Manager, Learning Programs will design and deliver high-impact learning experiences while ensuring alignment with operational standards in a fully remote capacity. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the lead facilitator for enterprise and leadership training programs, delivering engaging learning experiences Own the structure and evolution of learning programs, defining learning journeys aligned with business priorities Partner with stakeholders to ensure programs reinforce operational standards and drive adoption of new behaviors Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred) 7+ years of experience in Learning & Development or related fields, with strong facilitation experience for leadership audiences Proven ability to design and deliver large-scale learning programs across distributed organizations Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management and influencing skills at all organizational levels Ability to balance strategic program ownership with hands-on facilitation and execution
