Contract | 13 Weeks | Days | 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM | Variable Call Schedule | Every Other Weekend and Holiday Rotation Required

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a cardiovascular operating room setting in accordance with facility policies and standards
• Assist surgical team during cardiovascular surgical procedures, ensuring patient safety throughout the perioperative process
• Adhere to a variable call schedule as assigned, including every other weekend and holidays in rotation with permanent staff
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with facility and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary surgical team members to support optimal patient outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in the state of Florida or through Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC)
• Minimum of 2 years of CVOR (Cardiovascular Operating Room) experience required
• Ability to work a variable call schedule including weekends and holidays on a rotating basis
• Current BLS certification; additional certifications may be required per facility policy

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel nursing experience in a cardiovascular or surgical setting
• Familiarity with a high-volume, acute care hospital environment
