Job Summary

We are looking for a bilingual English/Mandarin Talent Acquisition Specialist to support hiring for our growing automotive and battery operations. This role will focus on sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and supporting the hiring process.

Responsibilities:

Source and screen candidates for open positions
Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates and hiring managers
Support the recruiting process from job posting through offer
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates
Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs
Maintain accurate recruiting records and provide hiring updates
Attend job fairs, networking events, and other recruiting activities as needed

Requirements:

Proficiency in English and Mandarin, as this role will frequently communicate with English and Mandarin speaking stakeholders.
Bachelor's degree preferred
Familiarity with Chinese corporate culture and business practices
Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Recent graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome

Preferred: Technical recruiting or experience in the automotive, EV, or battery industry.
