Position Purpose Create and analyze reports to support operations, ensuring data accuracy and delivering concise findings to senior management. Directly responsible for the financial and operational decisions based on the data provided. Logistics Full‑time (40 hours per week) Monday‑Friday, 8:00AM‑5:00PM. Location: 26 Century Blvd Suite ST610, Nashville, TN 37214. This position is not eligible for sponsorship now or in the future. Key Responsibilities Provide key financial reports and analysis to support senior management in planning and evaluating financial requirements. Prepare complex financial analysis projects following standard practices and procedures. Participate in studies to improve operational and financial effectiveness. Extract financial data from various accounting and information systems. Perform financial and cost accounting analysis of data. Review and research strategic corporate finance and insurance risk projects such as mergers and acquisitions, investment opportunities, and other projects assigned by executive staff. Conduct complex statistical, cost, and financial analyses to determine business activity costs. Interpret financial transactions to aid management in making economic or business decisions and project financial probabilities. Review and/or prepare financial statements, build financial models, and research potential acquisitions for area companies lacking dedicated accounting staff. Complete special projects such as financial statement analysis, audited financial review, vendor analysis, forecasting, general ledger reconciliations, and creation of ad hoc and custom reports. Required Experience and Education 6 years of financial analysis experience. Master’s Degree may count for 4 years of experience. Bachelor’s degree in a job‑related field. Required Skills and Abilities Strong communication and decision‑making skills. Ability to compile complex information, design reports, and analyze data. Excellent presentation, organization, and research/analysis skills. Academic and practical knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles. Excellent analytical and modeling skills. Strong understanding of corporate finance concepts, discounted cash flow, and valuation methodologies. Required Software and Tools Excellent understanding of Microsoft Office. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Financial Management, Economics, Accounting, or a related field. Strong Microsoft Excel skills. Month‑end close and auditing experience highly preferred.
