On-the-job educational programs for nurses, psychologists, advanced practice providers, psychiatrists, and chaplains are equipping the next generation of care providers.We are passionate about serving and are honored to be a part of this incredible work.What Will You Do?As an ABA Technician at Pine Rest, you’ll be part of tight-knit team that believes in the healing power of your expertise and compassion. This position will assess patient care needs, implement treatment plans in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team, continually reassess treatment plan according to patient care needs, and will implement behavior change procedures under the guidance of the Certified ABA Specialist. The ABA Technician must demonstrate excellent customer service, be able to manage stressful situations, be able to work with others, have great organizational skills and ability to provide support and empathy as needed to children, adults, and families. The ABA Technician must be responsible, reliable, able to work independently, have exceptional problem-solving skills. Your interview and offer letter will specify whether the role is hourly or salaried. Please note that this range does not include potential shift differentials, incentives, or bonuses, which may be part of the total compensation package.
