Senior On-Site Service Specialist

Immediate need for a talented Senior On-Site Service Specialist. This is a 06+ months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Waltham, MA (Onsite).

Pay Range: $18.72 - $23.72/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate high-volume copy, print, scanning, and document imaging equipment
• Perform binding, finishing, and document processing tasks
• Process incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and shipments
• Maintain copier functionality, clear paper jams, and coordinate equipment service when needed
• Track supply inventory, meter readings, billing logs, and service records
• Deliver completed print jobs and mail throughout the facility
• Respond to customer requests and provide updates on job status
• Support filing, document archiving, and records management
• Assist with meeting room setup, office moves, and light facility support as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked work environment
• Perform additional operational support duties assigned by management

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Must Have Skills: 12 years of experience in mailroom, copy center, print production, or office services
• Experience operating high-volume copiers, printers, scanners, or document imaging equipment
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic PC applications
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 5055 lbs.
• High school diploma or GED required
• 12 years of related office services, print, mailroom, or administrative support experience
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent customer service and organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Experience using office equipment such as copiers, scanners, postage meters, and bindery equipment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and move equipment/materials throughout the workday
• Previous high-volume mailroom or copy center experience
• Experience supporting shipping and receiving operations
• Familiarity with document management systems
• Experience working in a corporate, university, or managed services environment
• Valid driver's license (required upon permanent conversion)
• Location: 415 South St, Waltham, MA 02453 (Parking provided)
• Work Arrangement: 100% Onsite
• Interview Process: Virtual first interview followed by an onsite interview

• No vaccination requirements.
