Responsibilities include: Training, supervising, managing, directing, and developing team members to deliver a Super SONIC experience to every guest. Ensuring guest satisfaction to encourage repeat visits. Helping employees understand the big picture and their role by sharing the “why” behind tasks. Celebrating team successes and coaching for better performance. Setting clear expectations and providing continuous feedback during shifts. Creating an upbeat, positive atmosphere that makes work fun. Maintaining and enforcing SONIC safety and sanitation standards. Ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. What You’ll Need: Excellent leadership and communication skills, and being a team player. High standards for self and the team. A positive attitude, especially during busy or stressful times. Resiliency and problem-solving skills, with a focus on continuous improvement. Eagerness to learn and grow professionally and personally. Ability to prioritize and complete tasks efficiently. Effective communication skills, basic math, and reading skills. Willingness to work irregular hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
