Production Operator

Production Operator Details:
- Temp-to-Hire position
- $17.00 /hour
- Full Time work available
- Various shifts available (Monday through Friday)
- Operate production equipment while following safety and quality standards
- Assemble and inspect components to ensure product quality
- Follow written work instructions and production procedures
- Complete required production documentation and quality checks
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area throughout the shift
Production Operator Qualifications:
- Manufacturing or production experience preferred; willing to train motivated employees
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in English to safely follow work instructions, complete documentation, and understand training materials
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
- Must successfully pass a background check and 10-panel saliva drug screen (THC excluded)
- Reliable attendance, strong work ethic, and an interest in building a long-term career with the company
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
