Thistle Veterinary Clinic – Opening summer 2026 in Seattle, WA (Near Seattle Center)

Full Time | Monday–Thursday

Thistle Veterinary Clinic is a brand new, privately owned small animal general practice clinic focused on building long-term relationships and providing thoughtful, individualized care to every pet and family we serve.

We are looking for a Client Service Representative (CSR) who is warm, organized, and thrives in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Answer and manage incoming phone calls in a professional and friendly manner

• Schedule appointments while optimizing workflow

• Monitor and respond to voicemails and emails; triage and route appropriately

• Greet clients and patients; manage check-in and check-out process

• Process payments and maintain accurate records

• Request, send, and attach medical records

• Maintain accurate client and patient information in ezyVet

• Communicate effectively with the medical team to keep the day running smoothly

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Ability to multitask and stay calm in a fast-paced environment

• Detail-oriented and organized

• Comfortable with computers and learning new systems

• Veterinary or medical front desk experience preferred, but not required

Compensation & Benefits

• $22–$28/hour, depending on experience
