Financial Analyst

Job Title: Financial Analyst Assistant Status: Exempt- Full-Time (On-site) Location: Tampa, FL Company Overview: Blackstone Medical Services is dedicated to providing exceptional at-home sleep testing for sleep apnea. Key Responsibilities Support monthly forecasting, annual budgeting, and financial planning processes across departments Experience with Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and SQL queries Preferred bachelor’s degree with finance, accounting, economics, or a related field Develop and maintain project forecasting models to support strategic decision‑making and scenario analysis Identify trends and performance drivers through deep analysis of operational, billing, and financial datasets Support internal and third‑party workstreams, including financial, legal, and operational Business background with core understanding of the aforementioned areas and ability to support senior team members with reporting for these functions Work closely with the data team to prepare reporting packages, dashboards, and summary materials for senior leadership from the Company’s operational and billing systems Ensure data integrity by performing quality checks and resolving discrepancies between financial systems, data platforms, and prior information summaries Translate complex data outputs into clear business insights for non‑technical stakeholders Support ad hoc financial and operational analysis for strategic initiatives and leadership requests Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field Basic understanding of financial principles and accounting practices Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis) Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills High attention to detail and accuracy Good organizational and time management abilities Effective written and verbal communication skills Benefits Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Work Location: In person EEO Statement Blackstone Medical Services is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
