About the Role:

As an RN/LPN , you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to our patients in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, ensuring that our patients receive the highest level of care and attention. Your strong clinical skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks will be essential in delivering exceptional patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:
• Provide direct patient care to patients of all ages, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and assisting with treatments and procedures
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
• Monitor and report patient condition to physicians and other healthcare professionals as needed
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and logs
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes and reduce risk
• Provide education and support to patients and families regarding their care and treatment

Requirements:
• RN/LPN with current licensure in the state of Arkansas
• Both RN and LPN licenses accepted
• Strong clinical skills and ability to prioritize tasks
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
