Our organization is on the lookout for a Board-Eligible or Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner to become a part of our collaborative and patient-focused Endocrinology team in Yuba City, California.

The Advanced Practice Clinician (APC) will oversee a group of patients dealing with chronic endocrine issues, including diabetes, thyroid disorders, and osteoporosis. Key responsibilities will encompass:

• Conducting evaluations for new patients
• Managing follow-up appointments
• Overseeing medication management
• Providing patient education

You will collaborate closely with a seasoned endocrinologist and benefit from a robust support team, which includes Medical Assistants and diabetes educators. This role is perfect for a driven Nurse Practitioner who appreciates teamwork, independence, and a balanced lifestyle.
