Minimum Requirements

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited educational program
• Completed CFY and current Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• At least one year of skilled nursing facility experience required
• Net Health experience required

Assignment Details

• Schedule M-F; 8 hours
• Flex schedule available and required when needed
• Floating to additional facilities required
• Skilled nursing facility setting
• Point-of-service documentation on iPad
• 88% productivity expectation
• Form acknowledging risks is required if not vaccinated for COVID
